How far in advance should I book for my event?
As soon as possible! We typically book 4-6 weeks in advance. Quote requests are accepted 2 weeks prior to an event but not guaranteed until deposit is received.

What areas do you service?
Elevate Balloon Co is proud to service Southeast Ohio as well as West Virginia.

Do you have a delivery fee?
Yes, a $60 delivery and installation fee is standard within 30 miles of zip code 45723. $2/mile additional beyond. Orders over $300 have delivery and installation fees based on 20% of the balloon total.

How do your Grab and Go's work?
Grab and Go garlands are inflated and built to completion. Hanging kit is included with an instruction card. Grab and Go's are picked up from Coolville OH.

How do I book balloons?
Fill out the inquiry form. Once you have filled out the form, you will hear back from Elevate Balloon Co. within 72 hours. Once a deposit is made, your spot is reserved. Dates will not be held without deposit.

How long do your balloons last?
Elevate Balloon Co. uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

Can I pick my colors?
Yes! Elevate Balloon Co. offers a wide variety of colors of high quality, premium latex balloons. We are happy to help you choose the best colors for your event! Upload inspo or event invitation to your client portal for Chloe's help! Check out the color chart here.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your balloon order, you must do so 2 week prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable.
